This hotel is a short drive away to Bryce Canyon. Everything you could want or need is just a short walk away. Restaurant was excellent and service was superb. Just off Hwy 24 & Hwy 12 was very convenient for us to continue our travels.
No real issues. I would recommend they provide some info on surrounding area and Bryce Canyon literature.

Room was too cramped. Get rid of the sofa, or make the room larger. Bathroom was way too small.

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were accommodating. Had an extremely spacious and modest room to myself with microwave and juices, for instance. The food was decent, especially toast, cereal and pancakes for breakfast. Its location close to eateries and restaurants was great.
